HOME INSPECTIONS
 
Mike inspects homes and commercial property in the central Missouri area including Phelps, Pulaski, Dent and Texas counties. He encourages you to come along on the inspection, ask questions, and find out all the information necessary to make an informed decision about the purchase of your house.
 
WHAT YOU SHOULD EXPECT
 
A complete appraisal of the current condition of the structural, electrical, plumbing, and heating/air conditioning systems of the house.
 
A comprehensive written and oral evaluation of the results of the inspection.
